Our design contest winners will be announced at the Branson Landing on November 10th at 1:00pm. There will be entertainment, guest speakers, and of course money given away to the prize winners! Everyone is invited to attend and support our future (our college kids)...There will also be a tribute to Veterans!
We are excited to tell you about our recent contest. In the Spring of 2007, the students at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR and Missouri State University in Springfield, MO who were enrolled in the Fashion/Apparel studies participated in a contest to come up with some fun clothing and logo designs for OZRX. The idea was for them to come up with some fun designs in seven different categories that they felt reflected the Ozarks Region.
All the students worked extremely hard! We are proud to say that we had over 200 students enter the contest. A group of judges had a very hard time narrowing down the finalists shown below. The design winner of each category has a chance to win $1000.00 cash prize, be featured on the website, and will provide consulting and guidance to OZRX if their design is mass produced. OZRX is excited and proud to have the participation of all of the contestants and we wish that they could all be Grand Prize Winners. We hope you show your support for these finalists by voting on our website for your favorite design in each category and at the same time you are automatically entered to win our "Gift Cards Gift Basket" from some of your favorite local and national retailers in the Ozarks area. (See OZRX DRAWING rules for list of gift cards) You can use these gift cards yourself or give as a gift.
Again, THANK YOU to all of the students that participated, to the wonderful hard working teachers at U of A and M S U for your participation and guidance in working with these contestants throughout the design period, and to the colleges for providing a place for students like these to express their creativity. We honor and Thank You ALL!!!
